TED Talk: Sell People with Why?

Simon Sinek describes how peoples behaviors drive them to buy/take action by a purpose, cause and belief.  Excellent talk and goes against many of the Sales Training methodologies but he has an innovative approach.

People don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it!!!!

I’m ready to try it what are your thoughts???
